Study On The Nataional Compensation System For Criminal Victims

The National Compensation System For Criminal Victims, a system by way of public funds, in order to compensate the criminal victims and their families. As a result of criminal abuse of a variety of reasons and should not get proper compensation from the perpetrators, Criminal Victims must be given by the country's economy on the compensation, the interests of the criminal victims are to some extent, to restore, reflect the country taking a right attention on the criminal victims. In this paper, four chapters will be discussed :Chapter I, the National Compensation System For Criminal Victims outlined. First of all, to define the concept of criminal victims; Secondly,it analyses the need of protection for victims and the main ways of protection; Finally, the introduction of the country of origin of the compensation system and its characteristics and development.Chapter II, the theoretical basis of the National Compensation system for Criminal Victims.Chapter III, the specific practice of the National Compensation system for Criminal Victims. It introduces other countries and regions'legislative practice, including China's Taiwan and Hong Kong Special Administrative RegionChapter IV, to build China's National Crime victims compensation system.
