| From politics point of view,the most important impact of web blog is endow a new scope to the connatation of public field, which will discuss how does web blog build and influence public press. The increasing prosperity of political blog and gradually expand of its application fields will affect China's social politics and cultural life,bring new challenges to decision-making and management departments and even affect the mode and process of democratic decision-making in political activities of the reality. Political blog, as a brand new political expression mode, greatly enrich the form of participation in democratic politics, appear many political functions, and push the development of democracy in China. For the Government,the rise of political blog not only help it open up a window to understand the people's sentiments more deeply and broadly, but also increase the channels to dredge the people's sentiments and bulid social harmony.This article divided into three parts, is mainly a explanation and study about the function of political blog.
