Along with the economic globalization, the rapid development of science and technology, particularly the accelerated speed that Science and technology into practical productive forces, the crimes become more and more technological and intellectualized,so the demand for hight molar litigation evidence continually enhanced. New request and object is brought forward to the public security institutions of higher learning where bring up criminal technology person. In order to adapt to the ever-changing environment, seize opportunities, and meet challenges, we must increase our criminal technical professional educational reform, and bring up the people who able to adapt to the future needs of social development and changing of public security system.This article first reviewed the criminal technology and the development of criminal technical teaching, and analyse the current status of teaching actuality, and then on the basis of the analysis of the status, from the content of courses, teaching methods, teaching team and teaching evaluation estimate, introduce the mostly existing problems on the current criminal Teaching.Chapter III ,as the major part of this paper, in allusion to the main problem, put forward the the main principles and reform measures of teaching reform of Institutions of higher learning , In particular how to establish the system of practice model. Chapter IV ,with fuzzy evaluation method, ascertain criminal technology teaching evaluation index and weight,and how to estimate with 360 evaluation method. at the end,take one of shandong college as an example, recommend the reform and evaluation of criminal technology major.
