The Study Of Current Situation Of Occupational Psychology Of The Defense Students Based On Career Commitment

Since the army has depended on the common universities to cultive the military officers, the entire army have received a lot of the common university student cadre which the number is to increase progressively by the every year 10% speed.The university is the beginning of the armyman career of national defense students. To insure the NDS can prepare to work and suit the vocation more adequately, In this phase to investigate the occupational psychology of the NDS, accordingly to establishment the education mode which is more suitable for the NDS is necessary.This research is based on the theory of career commitment, aimed on the exploration of the current situation of the occupational psychology of the NDS. Use the means of positive research and self-designed questionnaires about the career commitment of the NDS, we have reviewed the occupational psychology of the NDS just as the following items: (1)NDS choose the military as a future career and the reasons for this occupation recognized and accepted, that is national defense students` professional commitment; (2)the link between demographic variables and national defense students vocational commitments; (3) the different idea of careers choosing and their professional commitments difference; (4) the careers choosing standard and intention in NDS and other psychological status.Main conclusions of the study are as follows :(1) the reasons Impact NDS choose vocational military can be summed up as social norms, self-development, risk aversion factors, these three factors are collectively referred to as n NDS professional commitment;(2) different grades, different graduation options, different military careers idea germination. different careers satisfaction of NDS show significant difference in social normative commitment and self-development factors, and through regression analysis shows that self-development factors is the strongest affecting career satisfaction; (3) Family month income below 1,000 Yuan and emphasis on occupational prestige factors and health status factors will choose to avoid risks and choose military career.(4) through surveys of the troops understand,the understanding channels,impression of the troops and whether they now regret the choices and choices intention, we know troops of its own propaganda is not enough, especially NDS as a high-tech army reserve military personnel, It was seldom that troops have advanced science and technology;network as the in-depth media of people not have a good use in military propaganda work; NDS think the atmosphere of common universities that train NDS is insufficient, and hope to be able to enter the regular army school; NDS hope to have more access to the military field training opportunities so that they can enter the vocational roles quickly;In light of these conclusions, we think, in order to promoting the NDS smoothly professional, the military should do the following items: (1)use the enterprise to attracts the person, (2)use the spirit to condenses the person, (3)use the system to portrays the person, (4)use the mechanisms to inspire person.
