In order to strengthen the construction of military modernization and strengthen the army, our country is gradually building the structure——military academies are the main part, supplemented by local institutions and the social recruit soldiers, with both military and civilian personnel training pattern.In the past thirteen years, with the efforts of the local universities and the official of military training, a large number of superb professional and military capabilities of the students had joined the army. However, because of this training model is still in its infancy, some problems should draw our attention. Some apply for national defense because of impure motives, lack of interests engaged in military work and career planning, resulting in low motivation to learn. What's more, default rates increase and other serious issues come out, affecting the overall level of national defense education.This research is focusing on the vocational interest and learning burnout of national between ordinary students and national defense students. Interest as a way to describe personality traits is consciousness tendency of People to understand something and engaged in some activity. Learning Burnout is the abstract of students'lack of learning interest or lack of motivation but have to do it, so they feel tired, physically and mentally fatigued state of mind, accompanied by a series of inappropriate behavior such as the avoidance of learning. This research will focus on the national defense students in the school ,including 120 the national defense students and 120 ordinary students in the same environment. In using and(Compiled by Yang Lixian), to analyze the relationship between the interest in vocational personality and Learning Burnout of national defense, in order to provide a reference for the recruitment selection and evaluation of national defense-related.The main conclusions of the studies are as follows:(1) The majority of students choose to participate in national defense in line are because of their own career interests. But some students choose their way because of other factors, lacking interest of the military career; (2)Most of the national defense students are in the middle level of study burnout, and in the three factors of study burnout, depression and the value of improper behavior near the middle of misconduct, and the bad feelings of achievement below the median value;(3) In the same environment, the difference for the level of study burnout between national defense students and ordinary university students was not significant;(4) For the three factors of learning burnout, there exists salience negative correlation between the match of vocational interest of the national defense students and in terms of depression dimension.There doesn't exist correlation between the match of vocational interest of the national defense students and the other dimensions. |
