Through the villager' autonomy system, China's rural areas beginning to understand democracy, close to democracy, and in accordance with the principle of democracy in rural political activities. The tremendous strength of villagers' autonomy had changed the running direction of the power of rural village committees. The dominant position of the villagers highlighted the growing call for rural governance changes. The village committee controls the village in the identity of agents in rural areas, service-oriented management approach into the village committee's work to a new choice. How service-oriented governance work in rural areas? H village provides a good example.
