Workwomen Of China Textile Industry Plight On The Protection Of Labor Rights

At present, China's legal system has increasingly improved. Although the society is making progress, and people's awareness of human rights have also strengthened, but cashmere spinning enterprises of grass-roots women's labor rights protection, not only no progress, but regress. In social development today, why? By the protection of workwomen' labor rights involved in the seven aspects of the investigation and workwomen's typical cases, come to the conclusion that Grass-roots workwomen's labor rights protection adverse conditions, is due to the overall strength of workwomen was weakened. Women's overall strength was weakened by three ways. Firstly, workwomen from the social system get help difficultly. Secondly, the outside judicial environment lagged behind can't protect labor rights and interests of women. Thirdly, women have different interests within the group, together with the enterprise through institutional arrangements so that dividing the overall strength of women workers. In addition, by analysis women worker's attitude of safeguarding rights, I found the workwomen's attitude have two sides, on the one hand shown in order to survive as the core, patience, cowardice, on the other hand, through the "weapons of the weak" to express discontent. Through further analysis, I believe that the workwomen show an opposite attitude with the three major factors that weaken the women workers' overall strength have A great relationship.Finally, I propose three primary means to improve the situation that workwomen unable to safeguard their rights. One, play the role of trade unions and women's federation. Another, improve the protection of women workers rights and interests and strengthen supervision over law enforcement. The other, strengthen the self-awareness protection and ability.
