| On 4th March 2006, when Comrade Hu Jintao visited commissars of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, he proposed the outlook on socialist honor and disgrace, whose core is "eight honors and eight disgraces". Then, scholars had conducted many researches about it, and had obtained plentiful research results.However, research aims at education of peasant workers' socialist outlook on honor and disgrace is very few, meanwhile, many peasant workers in china have many wrong outlooks about honor and disgrace. It needs us to conduct the research.This paper starts with the theoretic of view of peasant workers' honor and disgrace, has consulted massive documentation, and carried on questionnaires survey in waiting-room of Nanchang and Hankou railway station. Afterwards, based on the description and questionnaires, I summarizes peasant workers' characteristic, outlook for honor and disgrace, their problem and reasons. Finally, In view of peasant workers' problem in outlook for honor and disgrace, I proposed carry out education for the peasant workers. In order to do theses things better ,we must do such things: First of all, unify educational work with solving the peasant worker actual problem. Second, establish an education system conclude community, employer, trade union as well as output place. Third, education policy must draws close to the peasant workers' thought actual, their life actual, their emotion actual. Fourth, we should use a really practical education method.Though carry out the education for peasant workers in socialist outlook on honor and disgrace , and set up the outlook of "near honor" and "far disgrace" , can peasant workers reverses some phenomenon that some honor and disgrace unclear , the right and wrong unclear , and the beautiful and clown doesn't divided. This has important theory and practice significance regarding the harmonious society's construction and the comprehensive well-off society's construction.
