The Research On Several Problems About Villager Autonomy In China

In the reenacted constitution of 1982, we established the basic principle of villager autonomy. Many remarkably achievements have acquired since villager autonomy put into practice. At the same time, it also promoted the process of democracy legal system in China. However, there are many problems existed due to the imperfection of the actual legal system and the weakness of the legal opinion. For example, the problem of the definition of the villager, the problem of the function of the villager committee, the procedure problem of the grassroots government's guidance in villager autonomy, and etc. The course of the democracy legal system has been influenced by these problems. This paper proceeded with the definition of villager autonomy and paid greatly attention to these problems. And personal opinions and suggestions have been put up in allusion to these problems.
