This paper aims to study Mill's justice of the utilitarian . Justice is the eternal theme of human society . In the history of the development of Western ethical thoughts, for justice study and exploration has a very rich content, as represented by the Mill's utilitarian concept of justice, is one of the most valuable and controversial one of the important contents. Through re-interpretation of Mill's utilitarian moral theory and the ideology of freedom and power, a closer look at its utilitarian concept of justice. Justice is based on the utilitarian in Mill's utilitarian system . This has led to a lot of criticism against Mill utilitarian concept of justice. But I think that, through the interpretation of Mill's utilitarian thinking can be drawn from Mill's concept of justice is based on the utilitarian. The article is divided into three interrelated parts:The first part is Memories the history of justice of the utilitarianism. With any other justice theory of the formation and development of the same utilitarian ideology has its own justice and development of historical context and theoretical origins. Justice of the utilitarian can be traced back to ancient Greece Democritus doctrine and celecoxib Leni school Epicures. Living in the modern Hume, who were also raised over the tendency of some utilitarian thinking justice.Mill's utilitarian in his system to put forward a utilitarian theory of the foundations of justice, in his theory, to maximize the promotion of social well-being of all is a measure of the standard. Justice is the basis of utilitarian, and its purpose is to promote social well-being was.In the second part Mill described the utilitarian system and demonstration Utility to accommodate the possibility of justice and methods at the same time. The concept of justice and the concept of the right is closely linked, and The rights of the individual is the basis of justice. Mill's utilitarian system of rights is based on the utility, through the pursuit of their own personal happiness of the right to banded together personal rights and social welfare . Social welfare is the ultimate goal of justice. In this way we can see that the utilitarian principles and the principles of justice consistency.Part III discussed Mill's harm to the principle as the starting point, describled the principle of Harm is social justice. Mill's harm principle contains two aspects: self-defense and freedom. The consistency of the Harm principle and social justice Proved that free and self-defence is the two rights of the individual. A self-defence is a human rights because security is an essential aspect of happiness. Freedom is a human right because access to the well-being of society through voluntary everyone has their own pursuit of happiness obtained. These two rights of the individual components of the common well-being of the protection of God. Harm principle is subordinate to the utilitarian principle, and they adopted "harm others" reached a consistency, which demonstrated the harm principle and the principles of justice are based on the principle of utilitarianism. Conclusion on Mill utilitarianism just thinking of the theoretical value and the impact of future generations briefly reviewed. Generally speaking, the concept is just one aspect of the concept of morality. Mill's concept of the justice is establishment in his amendment on the basis of the theory of utilitarianism. His amendment reflected in the concept of the rich happiness of the ethical principles and obligations of the importance of freedom of the body, such as the value of advocating respect. Through amendments Mill strike a balance between the utilitarian, freedom, and equality . In search of the communication between the bridge of Consequences and obligations. In his after utilitarianism, such as the West Wacker quarter, the new utilitarianism, and so stressed the importance of the principles of justice, it can be said, these are just thinking Mill generated by the impact of future generations. In short, Mill's idea of justice is that the reasonable concerns of the welfare and the consequences of his lies in the unique efforts to find a just and utilitarian, while (right) and the social good balance between the fundamental values. Therefore, the forms of greatness lies in Izmir he is not a typical, pure, like Bentham, as the utilitarian, but the length of each take, or abandoning various short, and make our own system of schools to accommodate more views and theories, and challenging them to try to reconcile.
