The Shortcoming And Consummation Of Administrative Decision-Making

In the general background of management society turn to service-oriented society,the infiltration of administrative power on the puplic life increasingly deepen,so the consummation of administrative decision-making system is becoming more and more urgent.A correct administrative decisions can save manpower and resources, and realize its goal efficiently and quickly,thereby that will play a positive role in promoting the socio-economic development and improving people's living standards;meanwhile, a mistakes in decision-making can result in administrative goals against itself,so that all the activities would be in vain,causinOg unreasonable resources configuration, and ultimately impede economic operation mechanisms, and the history of foreign administrative decision-making system development fully illustrates this point.The administrative decision-making system is an integral part of China's administrative management system, due to historical tradition and reality institutional constraints and other reasons, there are still a lot of loopholes and shortcomings in the administrative decision-making system in China.To fully realize the decision-making comply with the rule of law, and scientific decision-making, we still have a lot of work to to do.From two aspects of the limitation in China and the advantage abroad, this article has discussed the consummation of administrative decision-making in a deep level.First, the article expound the academic system of administrative decision-making, such as its conception, its features , its basic principles and so on. Second it analyzed the shortcomings of our country's administrative decision-making from history and praxis. The third part of this article put forward the example of overseas and expound the use for reference. The last part of this article is the most important one, it discusses how to consummate the administrative of our country ,chiefly from the power check and balance, the mechanism of enquiry and the perfect of hearing of witnesses,the use of media's intendance.
