As the development of ecnomic and the change of social, the organization changes quickly, the profession is unstable, job burnout has happened in every counties. China is aslo suffering job burnout. Several research results show that civil servant group is one of those that have the highest job burnout feelings. The problem of job burnout will afect civil servants' working atitudes, working efectiveness and qualities. Therefore, the investigation on the civil servants' job burnout is a very significant subject.This paper is based on"Civil Law", aimed for civil servant group who is mainly in charge of mangement. This paper uses empirical analysis in the form of questionnaire to analyze the status of job burnout of civil servants to find the reasons of job burnout. Based on the discussion, this paper puts forward some management strategies on the job burnout of civil servants.The followings are the conclusions by studying the substantial evidence: The job burnout of civil servants is on the middle level; The influential factors of job burnout are individuality quality, occupation,organization and system of civil servants. Put forward the organizational and individual management strategies on the job burnout of civil servants.
