Human Rights Protection And The Structuring Of Harmonious Society

Harmonious Society is the main ideal and target for our society. Trying to explain the definition of "Harmonious Society" and exploring the way to realize the harmony of our society are the problems to which I will give my answers. This thesis analyzes the concept of "Human Right" and "Harmonious Society" as a result of which, demonstrates the human rights protection is the essential way for the structuring the harmonious society. The concept of harmonious society consists of such elements as democracy and governing by law; equality and justice; friendliness and good faith; sense of order, stableness and security; activeness and radiance; the harmonious co-existing relationship between human being and nature. By the analysis of the concept of "Harmonious Society", it is revealed that human rights protection and harmonious society are closely related and the relationship of which is the relation between purpose and approach; inner value and outer appearance. The thesis analyzes the relevant concept such as human rights and harmonious society by using the criterion analyzing method. Analyzes the modal for human rights protecting linked and required by structuring harmonious society by using historical researching method. In the end, the thesis concludes that human rights protecting is the essential requisition and characteristic of harmonious society, meanwhile structuring the harmonious society takes human rights protection and cherishing the value thereof as its preconditions.
