Afterthat, in the chapter II, an overview of the building discriminationproperty rights and the ownership in law of the community parking lotsare presented, and also embarks on the present actual situation of thecommunity parking lots in our country, which is divided into fourcategories, the ground parking lots, the underground parking lots, thefirst impractical parking lots and the flat roof parking lots. Insuccession, utilizing the building discrimination property rights theory,the Real estate system from physics which as well as our country isconnected to confirm each own power in law.
