An Analysis On The Reforger Of The Legal Department Of Subordinate Customs

The Sixteenth National Congress set the goal of supervising the activity of administration, pushing the law-based administration forward. As an administration department which directly under the control of the State Department, it's an urgent task for the Customs to strengthen the control of the legal department. Customs must meet the demand of Comprehensive advancement legally administration implementation summary, to construct the law-based Customs. The law-based administration is based on the enforcement of the subordinate Customs, which is the front line of the Customs enforcement. So it is very important for the legal department of the subordinate Customs to solve the problem.
