China's community autonomy comes into being at a special period in which the society transfers its own sturcture ,with blooming economy, soaring social problems, commonsense on the politic democracy. It is exactly the period that China's community autonomy comes into being, with the development of society, including its ingridents of economy, politics.etc. This article illustrated the basic meaning of community management and community autonomy. First, the article introduced the advanced theories and researchs in the developed countries in the west world. Bluntly, China's theory, with its chief content, is the supplyment and integrity of the abroad, target China's own realistic problem in running. Second, the author made the concise analysis , on the realistic situation ,between China and the abroad, and demonstrate some keypoints.There are so many problems in Caohejing neighbourhood, where the author works for, mainly in the four aspects. First, the contradiction between the Neighbourhood, acting as the management machinery, and the social benefit owner.Second,the contradiction between the management mode and the functional demand of community service. Third, the contradiction between the management function and the diversified demand of the civilians'mentality. Forth, the contradicton between the management machinery's executive rank in order, and the crosswise relations between the organizations in the community.Above-said contradictions mainly arises from the original role of the government's rule position. With the high speed developing of the society, there are a lot of postures that cannot fit for the situation any more. In order to settle it down in community, the autour's analyses the community situation, by a 3-session mode experience, which is sent by Caohejin neighbourhood.The 3-session mode is a type asking the inhabitants high quality in Shanghai, but not the unique type for other place in China probably. Enev so, it represents the tendency of the social autonomy, and may as well to become an effective mode, with the better circumstances covering social modernazition, democracy reform deepening, high quality of civilians's character. We have a long way to go, plenty of things to do.
