On Consultative Democracy In Democratic Politics In Our Country

The consultative democratic theory in the late-20th century was one kind of democratic theory which emerged in West. It is rooted in the multicultural and multi-dimensional value society. It has provided different kind of mental way for the community and the individual to get along with other people, namely respect and reconciliation. Consultative democracy emphasizes transformation of value preference which is different from polymerization of value preference in election democracy. Precisely as a result of this difference, the consultative democracy has had unique value and superiority. The process of the understanding of consultation democracy's can help us to understand well what harmonious social is. Based on the analysis of the theory of consultative democracy, using the method that the concrete question is analyzed concretely, this article explores the problems which is in the consultative democratic process, the reasons that cause these problems and the essential countermeasure to develop consultative democracy. The article believed that although there are various difficulties, in the Contemporary China society, basic social, political, economic, cultural and technological conditions are prepared to practice consultation democracy. As an important part to promote the development of the Chinese characteristic socialist democracy, the consultative democracy should fuse our country's social politics life well. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the consultation democracy'function and its existing problems and the reasons caused these problems from the angle of consultation democracy'main body, mechanism and consultative mechanism and technological and environment. Finally, in this paper, the useful methods for consultative democracy in our country are analyzed and tentatively give some suggestions on practicing consultative democracy from the aspect of consultation democracy'main body, mechanism and consultative mechanism and technological and environment.
