After the Cold War, South Korea and North Korea experienced many difficulties and gradually went into the reconciliation and cooperation. Whether it succeeds or not on schedule, is up to history.This paper is divided into three parts studying Korea Peninsula trends, theoretical and policy analyzing the historical trajectory of Korean Peninsula on the method of combining theoretical and policy analysis.The first part of the paper is the summary of the article. First introduces the Korean Peninsula location, using the geopolitics theory to analyze the Korean Peninsula's strategic position. The Korean Peninsula connects the Asian continent and the Pacific, and its location touched on the security of several major states in the world. How to resolve the issue of reunification on the Korean Peninsula has become a global issue. In this part, it shows Beijing's analysis of the North Korea-South Korea and its neighboring countries' roll. Improving North-South relations is not only the need for easing the background of the international situation as well as the peace and stability of policy support of neighboring states, but also up to their own policies to the development of the situation, the Composite disparity in the balance of power but the circumstances may make progress.In the second part, it focuses on the different policies of the unification of the Korean Peninsula and the major powers' attitude on it. First it introduces the reunification policy of North Korea's historical stages. Kim Sung ruled the unified policy for the period, the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo complicated by changing to the reunification, Kim Jong-il last Chuodao the new government's main policy towards reunification on the peninsula. Second, it introduces the reunification policy of South Korea's historical stages. From the unified policy of Syngman Rhee Republican government, to Mian Zhang, Park Chung-hee, all shaking-hwan, Roh Tae-Woo's second to sixth on the Republican period of a unified policy. Secondly, from the history, geography and ideology, it analyzes and imagines the North-South Korean reunification of the peninsula to achieve a smooth transition. Finally it discusses the secret resistance of the peaceful reunification of the secret of its depositors. Therefore the unification of the two countries must go with the application of changes in the great cause of reunification of the two Koreas, the Korean Peninsula ultimately the manner in what time the circumstances under which the reunification of the two countries also need lengthy exchange, communication , mutual consultation, mutual concessions. North Korea and South Korea also need time to find a common acceptable programme of reunification. With the changing of the world, the North Korea and South Korea themselves are constantly changing. So there is always a starting point and a reconciliation of the two Koreas at the entrance. The two sides seek common ground, and ultimately to develop a win-win solution, the complete reunification of the Korean Peninsula. A nation finally will come together. Political constraints, economic constraints, constraints in other countries are the obstruction, but they can not truly block reunification of the two Koreas.
