Green Trade Barriers is an important non-tariff barrier that has risen in recent years. With the development of "sustainable development" strategy and the green consumption wave, more and more countries and regions more focus on the protection of their own environments. Meanwhile, in order to protect their own economic interests from being harmed, more countries take advantage of green trade barriers to hinder the access of products from other countries. That is against the original intention and the basic WTO principles.Green Trade Barriers refers to trade means and measures that one country uses to restrict other countries (or regions) products, services, directly or indirectly through a series of stringent environmental standards to protect the country's limited natural resources, the environment and human health grounds. As Green trade barriers themselves have duality, and its existence is reasonable, this paper analyzes its objectivity and also proved its existence is reasonable and legal starting with the basic concept of green trade barriers and basic features from the macro and micro aspects. In addition, this paper also expounded Green Trade Barriers has an important effect on the importance of developing and developed countries in the world: on one hand, it plays a role in the protection of the environment; on the other hand, it also hampered the development of international trade in the practice to make the world economy stay in unfair state. Therefore, in order to solve this irrational old world economic order, this paper analyzes WTO's trade rules and items related to the in agreements relevant and indicates the defects and the conflicts between free trade and puts forward the solutions to thermChina is a developing country with the rapid development of foreign trade after the WTO accession, but because of China's economic backwardness, technology, the low level of environmental awareness more indifferent, many products can not meet international standards for environmental protection. Therefore, our country suffers from more and more obstacles of green trade barriers by. This paper focuses on an analysis of the positive and negative impacts that green trade barriers has on China's foreign trade , pointing out that the shortcomings and imperfections of China's legal system and . Therefore, aiming at our the problems in our country's legal system, this paper lodges the corresponding countermeasures against Green Trade Barriers, at the same time, some strategies are brought forward in terms of government, enterprises and individuals.
