The Research Of The Legal Issue Of Enterprises Social Responsibility

The theory of enterprises social responsibility advocates that the enterprises should positively undertake the social accountability except for pursuing the profit, the proposition has been wide accepted by the academic circles.SA8000, a standard procedure for approves enterprises social responsibility, was established in 1997 Social Accountability International (SAI) based in America with joint efforts of Europe & America transnational corporation and other international organization. In some sense, social responsibilities of enterprises will promote the eventual orientation of laws, from the current base of essential moral elements, to the adaptation to the social progress. This thesis takes an affirmative stand on the corporate social responsibility and explores the problems mentioned above from the point view of theory and reality.First of all, on the basis of such a point of view, we tackle social responsibilities from several aspects, such as the initial proposal of social responsibilities of enterprises as an issue, theoretical review of enterprises' social responsibilities , mainly including the birth of the theory, an overall view of foreign and domestic theories concerning social responsibilities of enterprises .On the basis of the reorganization of the principal theories and views developed in this academic field, we have highly summarized the domestic view that studies on corporate social responsibility .Secondly, it has introduced subject matter and main view studied briefly about SA8000 standard, and the research results of SA8000 standard implementing effect. The thesis state the importance and necessity of our country enterprise implement SA8000 in brief, from strengthen of our country enterprise international competitiveness and optimize of our country enterprise administration structure, etc. main respects explain importance of standard Meaning .Finally, the author, according to enterprise's reality of our country, from legislative body, government and three aspects of enterprise, have put forward the system of laws and regulations perfecting and correlating with SA8000 standard as soon as possible, strengthen government implement to enterprise SA8000 science of standard lead and enterprise reply SA8000 standard a series of countermeasure measure actively.
