WTO Reflection On The Legal Issues Of The Labor Interests Safeguards And International Trade

The relationship between international trade and labor interests safeguards is complex, it refer to various aspects, to advance the labor interests safeguards level on the reflection of international trade is a long-term process. Every country will be in a different position from the standpoint of native practice, but the level of labor interests'safeguards has the staggered character. Safeguarding labor interests is now a matter of grave concern in every country of the world and assumes the same importance as economic growth. The Chinese government must consider the impact of economic globalization on the labor-international trade relationship in China. Following entry WTO, China will have to improve its labor legislation in accordance with the fundamental labor standards clauses of the International Labor Convention.This paper is composed of four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the definition of the most basic concept of this paper'International Labor Standards'and its history. The part two, analyzes the mutual impact between international trade and labor interests safeguards. After, expounds international legislation and practice .The most important, forecasts the direction of labor interests safeguards. The third part analyzes the differences between civil law and core labor standards which is exist in the labor litigation and executing the labor law. The fourth part, comments on how to adjust civil labor litigation and bring forward other proposals to advance our country's labor interests safeguards level.
