Bribery of foreign public officials and officials of public international organizations is prevalent in the global, Such acts damage the international economic order and hinder social development seriously. United Nations Convention against Corruption and other international conventions criminalize bribery of foreign public officials and officials of public international organizations, and called upon all countries in the world criminalize such acts in domestic law. To prevent and control such illegal acts effectively and observe the principles of the treaty must be abided by, China must abide by the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and adding to crime of bribery of foreign public officials and officials of public international organizations. What's more, in the respect of elements of the crime and the criminal responsibility of the crime, we should overcome our shortcomings in the existing legislation on bribery, making it consistent with the provisions of international conventions. In the specific application of the crime, china should improve the universal jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction, to ensure that our country own the criminal jurisdiction of foreign bribery.
