| The improvement of contemporary Chinese farmers'political participation is the key to realize Chinese countryside democracy at the grassroots level. Both intensive psychological political participation tendency, benefit-oriented consciousness and low cognition of political participation, individual laisses faire consciousness, weak participation behaviors exist on Chinese farmers as they have the contradictions which they themselves are unable to overcome.Under the guideline of Marxism political participation theory, the paper illustrates the limits of political participation connotation, briefly introduces the general political participation theory as political participation types, routes , and relative factors on the basis of reasonable ingredients from domestic and foreign scholars research on political participation; The paper also analyzes urgent problems existing in farmers'political participation of our country, major restriction elements affecting farmers'political participation. In the end of the article, the paper raises some countermeasures focused on existing problems of farmers'political participation and healthy development of farmers'political participation. |
