Inspection an compared with the overseas election lawsuit system, the article analyzes our country's present law about the election aspect lawsuit system, the union practice, pointed out election lawsuit system of our country has such problems: narrow and small document scope, the establishment special election lawsuit jurisdiction institution, the procedure localization improper, the illegal election behavior legal liability stipulation has been imperfect and so on. In view of above questions, the article proposed that, in order to protect people's voting right, we must establishment election lawsuit jurisdiction institution, make the lawsuit document scope wider and put the illegal activity to carry on the strict rules.
