Social Justice Research Under The Background Of Socialism Harmonious Society Construction

The 16^th National Congress of CPC raised grand target of socialist harmonious society construction, in which social justice is of top value. The paper tries to explore the issue of social justice in the process of socialism harmonious society construction. Through discussion of Injustified phonomenon in the transiting society and its influence on economy, politics, culture was dicussed, the paper analysed the reason of social injustice and proposes social justice realizaiton route. Social justice can be realized on two levels: a set of fair system at the government level, and impartial ideology at the civil level, both of which centered on"no humiliating on the others". Social justice, which requires calling on all positive factors, is a complicated and systematic cause, and the realization of social justice itself is the construction process of socialism harmonious society.
