| In the modern political life, the party system and democracypolitics has the inseparable relations. Many scholars particularly inthe western think only "the competitive party system" can guaranteethe democracy's authenticity and validity. But "the non-competitiveparty system" actually is unable to make sure and construct thedemocracy. In China, Multi-party cooperation party system underthe leading of Chinese Communist Party is the socialistic party system.There is no competition between the CCP and the democratic parties.And many factors decide that the CCP is the only party in power inthe People's Republic of China in a long time. So China is simplyreviewed as the one-party system country by many western countries.These countries don't believe China will have a good process indemocracy. Therefore, deepening the research of the relationshipbetween the party system and the democratic politics has a significantmeaning of realty and theory, especially to the practice of China'sDemocracy.There are four parts in the thesis"The first part discusses generally the internal relationshipbetween the party system and the democracy. And the classification of"the competitive party system" and "the non-competitive partysystem" is put out.The second part analyzes the reason why "the non-competitiveparty system" has the predicament in developing democracy politics.The author puts forward there are four reasons causing it. They are theflaw of institution, the crisis of construction, the pressure of outsideand the side-effect of the environment.Through analyzing on realty and theory of the democracyseparately, the third part firmly believes that "the non-competitive party system" is able to construct and realize the democracy.inally, the fourth part raises some suggestions for theconstruction of China's democracy leaded by the CCP. Thesesuggestions are four relationships that must be handled well and fourworks that must be done well.
