However, the real estate service market is prosperous, which follows it is all kinds of disputes in the real estate service field. And, the disputes have not been settled due to the execution and enacting of the Regulations on Real Estate Management in the legal system of P.R.C, but more and more disputes are presenting recently. Disputes of the real estate service market appear many a time, and they get in the spotlight, which is one of the adverse factors on the harmonious society. And many people pay attention to this status quo. To this question, the most important thing in China is to studying on the reasons and measures of the real estate service contract, which is the basis of the real estate service market.This article includes three parts.The first part summarized the real estate service contract disputes. From analysis on the concepts of real estate, real estate service, and real estate service disputes' concept, peculiarity and classify, then, construct what the contract disputes' characteristics and forms are.The second pan is analysis on the reasons of the contract disputes. The reasons covered the fields of economic, society, laws and the self of the contract regulations. Indeed, the disputes are rooted on the complicated legal nexus of real estate service contract.The last part is important in whole article. This part brings forward the solution and scenario to dispute of the real estate service contract. From changing the idea I can highlight service opinion. By reforming the regulations I can improve law system. And from designing the terms of the estate service contract I can precept the bodies' rights and obligations.
