It also introduces some different ideas on the legal status of bankruptcy supervisor.In the part about the assignment of bankrupt supervisor, this paper makes the argument from four aspects of the supervisor's assignment, changes and disposal.The bankruptcy supervisor's responsibility, rights obligations and the legal liability were the core content of bankruptcy supervisor system. This paper gives analysis to bankruptcy supervisor's concrete responsibilities, and the bankruptcy supervisor's assiduous duty, the attention duty and the faithful duty. This paper also proposes that legal liability system should be constructed.The bankruptcy supervisor's surveillance ensures the effective practice of bankruptcy supervisor system.
