Although the villagers were influenced by traditional thought, the exchanging activity of kindred among the clans became the main component of villager's daily life. The clan concept has not weakened even been embodied more strongly because of the existence of 2-structure of urban and rural areas which confines the villagers to the steady circle so that the clan idea take a bigger impact on the choice of cadres and even directly govern the activity.With the development of economy and society, the marketing idea is rooted in the nationalists so as to make the economic value "individual first" more strongly, it becomes the logic foundation of villager's daily behavior opposite to the clan idea that claims to "collective spirit first, the individual second". The disintegrating of the clan will be as the time goes, of course, in the process of cadre election, the individual interest be more important than the clan idea. The clan idea forming in the past of a thousand years odd is not completely deserted; its remaining and occurrence of marketing idea both take a big impact on the villagers. Under the circumstances, the new era of two-idea-concentration comes to be. The changes show that it was clan's idea that was weakened, the consciousness of individual interests strengthened. Therefore, we will understand some problems from our country and society in a better aspect.
