The security supervision is an important part of economic administrative law, with the rapid development of the security industry, some problems in this field begin to emerge. This paper intends to take the security supervision as the research object, firstly, on the basis of the a brief introduction of supervision mode of some foreign countries, it points out that the world trend of security supervision and management mode is an integration of government-dominated, self-disciplined, centered, and develops in the direction of government-supervised mode, in the meanwhile, the integration trend can be seen under the influence of globalization. Next, the main part of the security supervision in our country is the authorized administrative function that is authorized by the law, through an analysis of the establish approaches of the security market, as well as its influence upon the security supervision in our country, puts forward that the selection mode of the security supervision in our country should persist in the government-dominated one, and also fortify the ponderance of the self-disciplined mode in such a process, and to make it into full play. Thirdly, the position of the entity of administrative supervision determines its behavior as an administrative one in essence. Besides, this paper offers a generalized discussion of the concepts, characteristics, classifications, effectiveness, and alteration of the security supervision behavior, and makes an empirical analysis of the security supervision contrive behavior, the admittance supervision behavior and the process supervision behavior according to the different levels of its process. In the end, it brings forwards two exploratory view points: one is that the implement entity of the security supervision criterion contrive should be the security inspection committee; the second is that the security inspection committee should be the implement entity to carry out the punishment of the illegal behaviors, the implement entity of the other daily inspection behavior should be the self-disciplined entity, or to say, the security exchange markets and the security industry association.
