OSCE In Central Asia

This paper gave a faithful and particular description about the development and the construct of OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) , especially the activities and the influences of OSCE in all the countries in Central Asia. In current research of China, we paid less attention to the activity of OSCE in Central Asia.According to the author's experience in OSCE Academy in Bishkek during September 2004 to July 2005, this paper had done an exact and minute report of the OSCE activities in Central Asia. The purpose of OSCE is to promote the stability of Central Asian region then promote the peace and stability of European countries. The activities of the Centers of OSCE in the Countries in CA according to the reality of CA, related to the aspects of politics, economy, environment, human rights, education, media development, military safety etc., produced the extremely deep influence to the countries of CA on political system, democratic institution, society and economy development, the national security. This kind of influence will continue in all the countries in Central Asia. The peace and stability of Central Asian region have great affect to our country. The investigative meaning in this text consists in: 1, to do an exact and minute report of the OSCE development in Central Asia. 2, to give a faithful and particular description about the activities in Central Asia, to analyze the purpose, method of its activities to affect, offering information and supplying references to the policy of our country in Central Asian region.
