Studying The Issue Of Transforming The Style Of Leadership Of The Rural Party Branches Under Villagers' Self-government

Villagers'self-government is a great creation,which has been made by CPC during the process that she leads hundreads of millions of farmers to construct Chinese characteristic democracy ,which is a geat practice that has been made by the farmers when they enjoy their democratic rights and creat their happy lives . Villagers'self-government is the times'detency which meets the need of development of rural innovation ,and it spreeds widely through these areas, being one of the three kinds of success in rural innovation.Including villagers'self-government ,villages and towns enterprise, fixing of farm output quotas for each household. It is of great meaning to stimulate millions of farmers creativity, to enhance rural ecnomic and social development wholly. It also does good to keep the society harmony, even to build our new countryside, which can strenthen and improve our Party's leading.Villagers'self-government is an important improvement and development of the Party's style of in power and leading in rural on the new period, which is an important policy to develop the socialistic democracy and propel socialistic political civilization construction. Not only does it chang our thoughts but also put the leading of the Party into a newly-happened condition, which some of the rural Party branches still stick to the style of traditional centralized leadership which is not fit for the villagers'self-government that is being carried out now.Therefore, how to chang the leading style to suit the development of villagers'self-government becomes one of serious problems that should be solved by the rural Party branches. Most of the rural Party branches find it extremely hard to chang their leading style due to many disadvantageous factors.
