Under the big background of economical globalization, the neo-liberalism seepages to many nations in the world becomes the irresistible historical trend. The neo-liberalism has much inspiration significance to our modernization, reform and development about the theories of the market economy, about the constitutional governmental theory, and certainly also has the dregs which we should reject.
