Study On Company Supervision Committee System

This paper applied the comparative method in study from the angle of science of law and sociology to analyze the company supervision system in developed countries based on comparison, and carried out relatively in-depth study of the company supervision system in China with the provision stipulated in new" Law of Company" as the object of evaluation.The paper discussed the basic theory of the company supervision system, evaluate and analyze the law system of the company supervision committee both in China and developed countries and finally look forward to further perfecting of the company supervision system design in China.
