Multiple act crime is a special criminal pattern which has a singular crime construction, including several perpetrating acts not being offence singly. The legality, perpetrating, constructive act of singular, perpetrating act of multiple and integration are the main characteristics of multiple act crime, and the nature of multiple is the very substantive one. As a multiple act crime, whatever the perpetrating crime, resulting crime, threaten crime and detail crime, the criminal must fulfill all the perpetrating acts ruled in the criminal law to be the accomplished offense. If only perpetrating some of the acts, it may be the attempted offense or discontinued offense, even if non-offense. The perpetrator of standard status crime and this viewpoint only applies to multiple act crime in standard status crime. And when the some of the multiple acts is done collectively, it can not come into being the group offence, but the cor-perpetrating part ought to be taken into account in the penalty. In the successive joint crime, the succeeded person is the group perpetrator, and should be responsible for all the acts with the former. Multiple act crime has some characteristic of plural crime in form because that the act of perpetrating had the nature of multiple. But it belongs to one crime in nature in the theory of quantity of crime because of the singular constructive act. Multiple act crime is the plural of acts, but is not the other subjective and objective elements. So, the crime with the purpose and methods is not the multiple act crime but is the singular act crime. Gathering crime is not the multiple act crime yet, because this type of crime need not fulfill all the perpetrating statutory acts to be the accomplished offense.
