"No act, no crime."is a fundamental principle in criminal law. The act in criminal law not only is required in quality but also can be recognized in quantity. Multiple acts crime is characteristic of plural acts, which leads to many complicated states of the crime patterns and brings many questions in conviction. The systematical research regarding multiple acts crime not only can deepen the understanding of this special crime pattern, also is helpful in the practice of conviction correctly. This article altogether is composed by five parts, which are the fundamental concepts, the main body structure and many questions regarding conviction.The first chapter, Premised concepts limiting. In section one, three functions of the concept of act were introduced first. After that the article introduced and evaluated main act theories in domestic and foreign criminal law. Considering the characteristic of the crime structure system, the article argued that it is unnecessary in the Chinese criminal law to propose the bare behavior concept, because the discussion of the act qualification as the appraisal object may be definitely included through the concept of harmful behavior.
