Basing on the content above, it puts forward that in 21 century China must evolve distinct characteristics itself in geopolitical security strategies for seeking and creating advantageous posture and positions. It is necessary that China also must enhance comprehensive power of China, establish strong naval defence capability, promote good development of China-America relation, take vigorous and steady actions to resolve Taiwan problems, purse good-neighbor policy and construct effective regional security system, which constitute kernel substance of security strategies of China Sea Area. And paying attention to cooperation and restrict, upholding rational development and giving consideration to both sea and land are important tactics which ensure accomplishment of security strategies of China Sea Area.
