On The Ethical Perspective And Governance Way Of Bureaucratism

The bureaucratism question is not only a political issue, but also a ethical issue. It exists in each country, each time and each domain, but especially more serious in the government domain, because it is grasping the public authority, assigning the social resources, operating according to the bureaucrat system. It mainly displays for the officialdom standard or the government standard ideology, the rank system controlled and restrained by layer upon layer, extreme work style which separates from the masses, and causes the authority disassimilation and even the authority corruption. The bureaucratism as a political issue, relates to the actual effect of the political civilization construction, relates to the deepening and development of reform in the administrative system and the political system, and relates to the result of the incumbent party's own ability construction .The bureaucratism as a ethical issue, relates to the realization of the ethical value such as science, democracy and law in the government domain.
