The Research On Process Peacefulness

More and more scholars pay attentions to the independent value of the procedure,but few of them do the systemic research on the specific value. This thesis aims to do the systematic research on the process peacefulness. It's constituted of four parts: the connotation of the value, the system foundations, the embodiments in the procedure law and the revelation for the proceeding construction. Process peacefulness is the basic value of the procedure,and the peacefulness of procedure provision and procedure operation are both contained in its nature. It has the system foundations of demotic,jurisprudence, economics and politics. As a standard to evaluate our existing theories and systems,we may find that it is embodied in the process of litigation and justices. But there is still much work to do with the construction of basic theories. The goal of researching on the process peacefulness is to inspire the proceeding construction,especially the procedure mode of the three types of proceeding.
