The Original Study Of Administrative Notion Under The Environment Of Electronic Government

With the fast development of Electronic Business in the informative period, the important function and significance of Electronic Business have been coming out gradually. The great and deeper changes have taken place in the system of administrative ecological environment made by the fast development of Electronic Business, putting forward new challenges to the traditional administration and providing the unprecedented technological support for the development of Public Administration.The main idea of this article shows as follows: By the analysis of the development of Electronic Business, of the vicissitudes of administrative environment, of the connotation of administrative notion, and the logical relation between them ,we can put forward a kind of new administrative notion and make it a kind of guide for the reform of the administrative organization ,the reconstruction of Public Management , the carrying out of Electronic Business and the raise of administrative efficiency; a kind of propulsive force of the administrative system's internal innovation.
