| Drug problem is a serious social problem around the world at present. It seriously harms people's physical and moral health, brings on the huge lose of public wealth, and initiates increasingly serious public social problems. Central Asia region closes to the biggest opium producing area in the world and then it's drug crime issue is serious especially, so the issue has brought a series of negative effects which cannot be neglected for Central Asia region and neighboring countries' stability and development. How to refrain Central Asia regional drug crime that is a focus not only Central Asia region pay attention to but also China and international society care about jointly.Through elaborating present crime situation and harms, this thesis compares and analyzes every country's current legislation situation and judicial situation in Central Asia, at the same time comments problems and challenges which exist in the process of Central Asia striking international drug-related crime. Basing on above, the thesis proposes suggestions to perfect this regional anti-drug cooperation mechanism from legal angle, and hopes that benefit for cooperating to strike international drug crime between Central Asia region and China in the judicial practices. |
