Research On Agent-Based Equipment Maintenance Support Decision

While exploring several high-tech local wars in recent years, we can find that the role of maintenance Support decision is increasingly to be more important, and it even becomes a decisive factor to affect the process or the result of a war. So, it is very urgent to research how to develop maintenance Support decision system efficiently and effectively for future warfare. The aim of this paper is to establish a system that can describe maintenance Support decision accurately, and to provide standards for decision and optimum of equipment maintenance Support. For this purpose, the thesis has made its research in these aspects:(1) The conception and characteristics of agent and multi-agent technology are presented, then general structure of agent and communications & collaborations of multi-agent are analyzed in detail.(2) The concept and system structure of equipment maintenance support are submitted, and so does the common process of maintenance support resource decision, maintenance support decision process is explained in detail partly form to maintenance spare, technology data, maintenance personnel, maintenance facility.(3) Based on the theory of agent and maintenance support, equipment maintenance support decision system is explained briefly, then management collaboration agent, interface agent, model agent, decision agent and information agent are designed to describe equipment maintenance support decision system, and arithmetic of their ratiocinations, model base and knowledge base are designed. Maintenance support resource decision process is described by UML, last realization of agent and communicaton of mulit-agent are analyzed by multi-threading technology of Object Oriented.(4) Last some model of system is presented, and maintenance spare decision, maintenance personnel decision, equipment source transportation decision are analyzed in detail, and maths model and ratiocinations process in decision process are gave, then the example application of some model is solved in this article.
