Psychologist payed attention to the study of values in psychology for a long time, for values reflaxed and forcasted the feathures and develops of personal and social. During the function of the government is changing and the system of the civil servant is improving in China, more and more studies on administrative values of civil servants in administrative management and administrative ethics fields ahead. The study tries to bring the values of public administration into managerial psychology. In the view of managerial psychology, this paper did the empirical research on the administrative values in civil servants .Through a questionnaire designed by the authors,this paper analyed the ralationship between present conditions of the administrative values in civil servants and job performance.The study hoped to promote the development of managerial psychology and improve the efficacy of the government.The study examines the administrative values in civil servants, using the methods of interview, questionnaires, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation, regression etc. From the sample of fifteen units in five cities (N = 223). We find that:Firstly, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire about the administrative values in civil servants is excellent.Secondly, the results reveal that, the structure of the civil servants'administrative values includes four dimensions, arranged in descending order of importance are: the value of law, the value of servant, the value of selfhood, the value of fair.Thirdly, multiple differences in gender, age, work experience have been found on some dimensions's score, by using ANOVA and T-test. Position and political status don't have the statistical difference on the administrative values on the whole, but do on some concrete dimensions.Fourthly, by using the way of regression analysis, the civil servants'administrative...
