The Thought On Person-based Management Of Student In Police Academy

Student management is important part of school management . Student management is the political ideological educational work ,so we should study the psychological characteristic of current stage student , know the needs of student, utilize the ways and means of flexible much shape to make student ideological work . So we should depend on the theory of person-based management.As student manager, will have correct educational management concept , form correct educational sight and student sight , then can manage student with correct ways and means. So, student manager willset up the management concept of person-based management.
