The internet world expanding rapidly needs to be faced, so does the industry of online game which is developing full of vitality. The volume of business on virtual property is getting more and more. Virtual property, such as game arming and private trade between players is challenging the traditional theory of civil law. Whether virtual property is actually PROPERTY, whether it can be the object of property relation are still in controversy. We develop the definition of PROPERTY in this thesis, conclude that the MATERIAL PROPERTY and IMMATERIAL PROPERTY are ACTUAL PROPERTY which is opposite to VIRTUAL PROPERTY. Virtual property exists in virtual world, which can be considered as the extension of real world. The two worlds connect each other firmly in various ways. Virtual property often connects the real world in valuable ways. Thus, we are willing to accept virtual property to property definition and adjust it under lex lata. The internationalism of internet makes us to consider this problem from the angle of global market. It's not isolated of course, so maybe we should amend lex lata from the angle of rules on international trade. And adapt it to adjust the relation of virtual property trade, especially the multinational virtual property trade. We analyze the nature of virtual property, the necessity of building rules of international virtual property trade, some cases and theory, model, basic principle and sub-rules of building the system. What we have to do is making a conclusion of international virtual property trade and foresee in system ways. For the limitation of thesis, we only analyze main problem on nature, rules conflicts and others. On one hand, the aim of our research is to predict and guide the coming regulations, on the other hand, we are trying our best to change the bad impression of virtual property and online games, especially among some legal scholars. As a legal scholar, what we should give to social relation is not comment of advantages and disadvantages, but objective and fair regulation.
