Research On Priorities Regulation

Priorities regulation comes from Roman law, being an independentregulation of security right, it reflects the criterion of values and the legislative policy, expresses the idea of pursuing real equality and uprightness of modern civil law. How will the China's property law in the future do on this regulation? The specialists' opinions about it aren't the same and they are in the heat of the argument. So the study of priorities regulation has both the value of theory and the great meaning of practice. This article concludes that China ought to provide priorities regulation and states the provisions of this regulation, by using comparative and historical methods. The article contains four chapters.
