It's been a worldwide common trend for commercial bank to standardize corporate management. How to set up the corporate management system of commercial bank in china is the most urgent and most important problem in our commercial reform. Therefore, the writer consider it quite realistic to investigate the corporate management structure of our commercial bank, facing the vehement competition among financial business after joining the WTO and the current situation of state-owned commercial bank.This essay discusses mainly on the limitation of the former governing structure and on the necessity and possibility of the reform.
