Research On The Civil Liability System Of Misrepresentation In Chinese Securities Market

Based on the existing law, administrative decrees and judicial interpretation, also combining with the scholars' doctrines, this paper introduced the content of substantial law and procedural law of the civil liability system of misrepresentation in the securities market and presents the author's own creative designs. Furthermore,by analyzing the existing civil liability system of misrepresentation in the securities market, the author pointed out its shortcomings and put forward his own suggestion on how to improve it. We expect that we can use the civil liability system of misrepresentation in the securities market as a model so that the civil liability system in the securities market in China can be established and consummated soon. Then the aim to protect the investors' interests and normalize the securities market can come true at last. This paper is divided into six parts:"Introduction","Chapter One.
