This article is to construct the operation of semantic law text interpretation of criminal law text on the basis of the recent achievements in philosophical interpretation, Law interpretation and linguistics under the principle of legal crime and due punishment.Criminal law should be embodied through language in form of text in order to fulfill the functions endowed by we people. Criminal law is the subject of interpretation of law. If consists of deep structure and surface structure.Semantic interpretation is one of the most important methods to interpret a law text: piloting all the methods. It is appropriate and meaningful in interpretation and law. It now becomes part of the wisdom of the practice of law.An interpretation of criminal law text needs adequate corpus and requirements. The lack of corpus and requirements will make semantic point of view and interpretation unrealistic and ineffective. Interpretation means the interpretation of a single word or sentence.This article consists of 3 partsPart 1 is the analysis of criminal law text which is one of the objects of interpretation of criminal law. I here try to make a definition of the scope and concept of the criminal law text and detailed analysis of its structure.Part 2 is about the semantic interpretation. My definition of the semantic interpretation is followed by its correctness and priority. In the last space its reason from interpretation, law and experience angle is discussed.Part 3 is to construct the operation to interpret a law.
