Rational Thought Of Interaction With Science-technology And Science And Technology Legal System

In all ages, both overseas and domestic science and technology laws have significant influence on the development of science and technology. Due to its universality, compulsory and authority, the laws play an important role in defending rights and safeguarding the rational distribution of benefits, it advances the development of social orders and leads human beings to develop peacefully. Both science and technology and the construction of legal system promote the development of society, but the influences are not coinstantaneous. They are human intelligence achievements which fuse, seep and promote each other mutually.This paper discusses how science and technology become the external precondition and internal motivity of Science and Technology Legal System based on philosophy principles of unity of opposite, history-logic integration and relationship between specific and common through the historical review of reciprocity between Science and Technology Legal System and Science and Technology.
